How far back can I go?
Our AUD price history starts in August 2025 — we show only what our own database actually recorded, sampled weekly, rather than pretending to precision we don't have. History grows automatically every day from here.
Is the savings account comparison accurate?
It compounds monthly at whatever rate you type in — set it to your actual account's rate. We deliberately don't hard-code "the" savings rate, because rates change and yours is the one that matters.
So should I have bought?
Careful — this page shows one path that already happened, chosen with perfect hindsight. For every "should have bought" chart there's a coin in our graveyard with the opposite story. Past performance tells you what was, not what will be.
